It Started With a Journey.
The Origin
A question that changed everything.
In 2016, Amara Ncube traveled to Rwanda's Nyungwe Forest with one question: where does great coffee really come from? What she found changed everything — not just about coffee, but about what a brand could stand for.
The People
Every Cup Starts With Their Hands.
We build direct-trade relationships with farming families and pay above-market rates for every harvest. Together we fund school programs, clean water projects, and long-term agronomy training so communities can keep their craft alive for generations.
We came back knowing two things. First, the world doesn't need another coffee brand — it needs a better one. Second, the people who grow the coffee we love deserve more than a line item on a spreadsheet. TORRÉ was born from that conviction.
